Core Training

The job of our core is to support the spine, doing crunches & kick downs is not the way to strengthen our core without hurting our lower backs. This core program gives you 3 different 15min ab workouts, they all help strengthening your abs & lower back. 

Remember that we can not out train our kitchens. This means we need to eat clean 80% of the week to get flat abs.
