A Colorado native, I was always active as a child, trying to connect to my father I decided to run track. While i was good at it, my heart was with volleyball. I was never good enough to compete at the collegiate level so while in college I had to find ways to connect and stay active. I was the typical girl who wanted to prevent the freshman 15, but had no idea what to do. I always found the human body fascinating, combined this and with not knowing how to train as I enter adulthood; I decided to get my degree in exercise physiology. this was the start to my career and helped start the foundation of the trainer and coach I am today.

Over the past 16 years, i have been passionate about helping women realize their potential as well as empower through training. My goal of all my clients is to help them change bad habits to good ones & to help them make the shift to a healthy lifestyle.

I'm very passionate about my clients, once they start training with me, they become family. I care deeply for them and will stop at nothing to help them. IT MAKES ME TRULY HAPPY TO SEE MY CLIENTS ACHIEVE THIER GOALS AND TO KNOW I HAD A SMALL PART IN THIER JOURNEY'S.

learning and experiencing different cultures is a huge part of who i am, therefore I have traveled to over 30 different countries trying to make a positive impact on women all around the world. With all the traveling i've done, i've become quite a foodie, therefore i truly believe you have to live life but you can make good choices.

You can find me running through a new city, eating at a local restaurant, listening to live music, & hiking with my frenchie charlie.
