The lower body muscles are the biggest ones in our body so they produce the most power & burn the most calories when you have more lean muscle mass. This program will give you 3 workouts that are 30min in length and will strengthen your lower body.
If you want to increase power you need to do heavy weight and low reps if you want to tighten your booty or lean your legs, then you need to do light weight with high reps.
