I understand that doing a 4-week program may not be something you want to commit to right now, so here is where you can find quick single workouts that target specific areas.

 

Please remember that we cannot spot reduce but we can focus on training certain areas of the body. You will get the best results from holistic training.

                       

Buckets of workouts:

  • Ab workouts

  • Booty workouts

  • Leg workouts

  • Body weight workouts

  • Time crunch workouts (no more than 20minutes)
